Location

The Business Centre will be built in one of the fastest-growing areas of Vilnius, Ukmerges Street, and will be close to the city centre. Large shopping centres have lready been built and are operating in the vicinity of the planned o ce building, and transportation routes to the city centre and other neighbourhoods are very convenient and well-developed. Nearby, there are kindergartens, schools, fi tness centres, medical facilities and other establishments providing everyday services. Travel to the Business Centre will be convenient by personal vehicle as well as by public transport; public transport stops are located nearby. Fast and convenient access to other neighbourhoods is also ensured by the nearby western segment of the Vilnius city ring road. Transportation conditions should be further improved in the future by the nearby Šiaurinė Street, already being designed and with construction planned to begin in 2019.
